Something that has helped me tremendously is shoulder/broomstick dislocates. If you go to Dante Trudel’s IG, about 30 posts down you’ll see a video of him holding a broomstick and he goes into detail. I couldn’t fully raise my arm without some form of pain and a daily regiment of this pre and post workout has gotten rid of it. Dante drops top quality knowledge and is often referenced by JP.
