Congratulations on an amazing pro debut, what an experience to share the stage with that calibre of athletes and to hold your own.
Really liked the VLOGs on YT and looking fwd to the Magic Eye video once released.
Enjoy some downtime, you have certainly earned it.

Thanks for the reply Nath, will await updates on the plan for the BDC tour your via the podcast – I don’t have insta (hate socials) so pleased keep us anti social folk in mind with how you update lol.
Also, really respect that fact that you have placed boundaries on your time and access.
Time is our most valuable commodity, and whether you’re an online coach or like me work in a more corporate setting, people or bosses will take the p1ss unless you define the rules of engagement so to speak.
Taking time for yourself, partner, and friends then allows you to show up better in a professional environment.
Take care dude
Matt.

Hi Nath,
Enjoying the log, appreciate all you guys updating the TBJP members.
I also wanted to say that I recently came across your podcast, it’s brilliant, the perfect combination of insight and comedy.
I’ve been a long time listener of RBP & B&B and I can honestly say you guys are just as good, if not better – keep’em coming dude.
Regards
Matt.

Final week now -wishing you all the best.

Enjoyed watching the new leg day video on YT Jay – as always cracking content.
I do think those of us with busy schedules who have to juggle training/food around work and family find you very relatable.
Looking good though dude, excited to see what 2025 brings you 🏅
Quick Q, when dieting I see a lot of people pushing their first meal back as far as possible.
I know you used to be part of the early morning crew on a regular basis – training circa 5am.
If you can only train early in the day (which is what my schedule allows for) I take it there is no way of pushing that first whole food meal back as it would be too long a gap between finishing training and trying to hold out till late morning.
Keen to hear your thoughts…

Sounds like a great couple of days so far both professional (networking) and personal (gym).
Quads video with Nath was top notch as always, have you picked up on the preffered way of training out there e.g. Do they prefer more volume etc?
-
It even made you consider lacing up the boots again……
Eng v Sco will be very interesting.
How’s the move to London coming along?

Have a great trip Magic, looking fwd to the content and I’m sure you’ll Make the most of all the kit available to you out there 💪

Hi Joe,
Just stopping by to say progress pics looks awesome.
You must be really pleased with where you’re at and what you can bring to the stage given current position.
Side note – epic game six nations beating France. There is no better way to win a game than in the last minute, even if it does cause your BP to raise when the French score with 5mins left…
Keep grafting dude.

You were a huge advocate of DC training (for many years) , when you look back, based on what you know now – what are your thoughts on it’s principles, set up, etc.
In short.
What’s good about it?
What’s missing?
It could be improved by…..

As an L&D Professional, I’ve been in the room observing many trainers/teachers/lecturers and often they miss the mark by trying to over complicate the subject. You pitched that at a perfect level with clear articulation of your thoughts and experiences that has led you to drawing your ‘conclusions’.
