I suspect JP does this to aid sleep? I dont know about you but a small amount of carbs before bed does help me get to sleep by.not feeling so hungry

where do you plan on adding those meals JP? over your intra workout window if carbs or are you going to up your fat intake?

Do you always train after meal 1?
The reason I ask is if you had to train later in the day due to lectures/errands etc would you stick with P+F meals until your pre workout meal?

No questions from me, just really enjoying following this thread.
your work ethic and attention to detail is second to none. People ask what the secret is but having followed you for years your approach has always been the same.
‘consistent’ is the word I would use to describe you, its an example to those that want to succeed, its not about a good day here and there its about groundhog day over and over again and even though you look at the log book and think ‘fcuk’ I gotta lift that today, you still get the job done and more.
