    Thanks mate. I was on 2700 cals where I gained 10kg but I was gaining too much fat so I’ve dropped the cals a bit. I find my body doesn’t need a huge amount of calories. Maybe I’ll up them to 2400 and add more cardio.

    Thanks mate. This is my current diet. Recently revised since bloods

    Meal 1 – 3 whole eggs, half an avocado, 2000mg omega fish oil, protein yogurt or shake

    Meal 2 – 2 tins of sardines, 2 brown bread, spinach and tomatoes 1 apple.

    Meal 3 pwo – 200 chicken breast, 1 jacket potato, 20g low fat cheese, 1 muller rice pot, spinach and a few olives

    Meal 4 – Protein shake, 150g grapes, 2000mg omega 3 fish oil 10g peanut butter

    This is 2200 cals and I’m 78kg not looking to gain weight just stay lean and in good shape. Age 41

    Thanks guys. I will sort the supplements out and add some hiit cardio!
    When would be a good time to re do bloods?

    I was still sore after 2 months so took me a while before I was hitting it hard again. At least 6 weeks. You’ll be able to tell by how you feel. I did legs after a couple of weeks the light arms around 4 weeks. Just be careful and make sure you keep your compression vest on etc

    Fin blocks dht so stops it getting worse. To bring it back use minoxidil, Kirkland brand off eBay. Worked very well for me. You need to use both really

    Hi Sasan,

    No all I take is curcumin, but I’m not over weight, rarely drink and eat well, I do cardio so it feels weird that I have high cholesterol

    I had mine done in Poland 4 weeks ago with Dr Berendt, he’s one of the best gyno surgeons around. Amazing results and aftercare is brilliant. I had a lipoma removed too and the cost was £2100

    I had my gyno removed 4 weeks ago in Poland. It’s around 2k and Dr Berendt is one of the best gyno surgeons around. Might be worth looking at as you’ll go general rather than local. But if you look on Reddit gynecomastia you’ll see a few people have used signature clinic with good results. Personally I’d chose Poland

    Same issue here. Used intex test and had to throw vials away. It’s definitely dosed correctly. It just comes with the worst PIP I’ve ever gotten and last easily 1-2 weeks

    Yeah I’d wake up in the night when I jabbed and it was the worst pain ever! Weird

    I did a few bottles of Intex, the pip then next day was so painful. It also gave me test flu a few times where the next day I felt so crap! Couldn’t bare it anymore so switched brands

    Ok cool will do. I’ve been on this amount of cals for a while. One cheat meal a week. But I find I don’t lose weight until I hit 1500-1700 cals.

    Also I was conscious of my food being pretty low but as my body doesn’t seem to burn fat very well I find I need to go this low, last year I went down to 1200 for 3 weeks!
