Cool thank you! Here’s a pic for reference. I feel as I can push on, but maybe I’ll add some extra carbs after my next gym session. What do you suggest? Maybe an extra 150-200 or something?

I did imperium tbol last summer. That was the first time I did tbol and can say it was pretty amazing mixed with test! Had really good results.

I’ve been on a similar position but not 23% more like 18. If you bulk at 23% you are likely to be just gaining more fat. I had 3 weeks to get in shape for a holiday, I was on 1800 and dropped cals to 1200 with 1 hour cardio a day. 500mg test per week I actually gained a few lbs of muscle and dropped so much fat. Was shocked at how much a changed in 3 weeks

Genetics mate. I’m the same, in 11% ish at the Mo and can’t see them. I reckon I’d need to get down to like 7-8 before I see them

Well I gained about a kg or so from eating shit and drinking all week, I can notice I’m not as lean tho, but before I went I was on 1600 cals and maintaining my weight . So last week I was on 1500 cals. Cool I’ll keep the cals higher this week then and go from there

By the way I’m 71kg and around 11-12%

we have a boditrax machine at the gym and it measures your bf, muscle and loads off diff things, they are in more commercial gyms though but its really good, and you get a phone app where you can track progress

i dont have anything before cardio, youre not gonna burn away muscle from a bit of cardio just because you havent eaten or taking any BCAAs, also if you do decide to have any its not going to make any difference, at the end of the day you need to be in a calorie deficit for the day

i think i was on 200g protein, 120g fats, but i think the protein was a bit high, i really enjoy keto, i feel much better on fats that carbs, carbs make me tired and sometimes sluggish in the gym, but best of all the keto carb up day! which is a whole day of high GI carbs, look on simply shredded theres some good keto articles on there, or ready the ketogenic book by lyle mcdonald
But yeah i agree i looked quite skinny and gaunt so will try my best on carbs this time around and see how i get on

when ive done keto ive just got all in and cut carbs straight away, but it might be worth lowering carbs over a few weeks until they get to 0, ive read of people doing this

Its worth trying to see if you like it, ive done keto a few times with good success, i find i lose fat so much quicker on keto, but strengh can suffer if your not on a cycle. I also like to do blasts of 4 weeks keto, then 4 weeks low carb, it works well for me

Yeah I’m the same Ashley. I usually blend up whey protein powder, egg whites, 100g natural Greek yoghurt, 70g powdered oats and some blueberries. It’s really nice too
