    Try Huel, it’s a powered food shake with no added crap. It literally contains pea protein, oats, flax seed, coconut, brown rice and sunflower seeds and that’s it.

    Can you post a days food at the mo Jordan please? Also now you’re trying to gain mass do you have more carbs meals than protein/fat?

    Is this manly to remove a hard lump in the nipple? I’ve always had fatty lower chest/nipples since a kid and not sure if gyno surgery would help of if it’s just fat.

    When you write down what you want to hit, what do you aim for? And what do you think is achievable? I’ve been hitting 1 rep extra each week for that exercise recently

    Yeah I’m training intense and making sure I beat lifts so I do
    Bb row
    Rack pulls
    Hammer pull down rest pause
    Pull ups or rows

    Hey Jordan, would you go In a calorie deficit for this? I was thinking of starting at 2900 which is a surplus by 300 for me then lowering each 2 weeks

    Is that 20 sets per workout? So I do push pull hams and quads and on push day for chest I’ll do 3 exercises with 2 working sets each so that’s only 6 sets, but on my pull day I’ll do chest MR so for that week I’m only doing around 8 sets is that to low then?

    mine looks a bit like this at the moment

    Mon – Heavy Push
    Tue Heavy Ham
    Wed Rest
    Thurs – Heavy Pull
    Friday – Heavy Ham

    then weekends ive been doing cardio or if i feel ok to train ill start push again, but the days vary so this week ive trained mon,tue and today as i cant train tomorrow night, then sometimes i may train one day, rest, train again, rest etc it just depends on my schedule

    ah yeah thats what doing bascially, but the other thing im finding is say when i come to do heavy chest MR back my back is sore from my last session which makes is hard, same with hams s oim finding i have to have an extra day or 2 rest before i can train that body part again

    yeha i get what the muscle rounds are, but JP said in the last 1-2 sets of the MR you should be pretty struggling, so what im saying it, without warming up properly it would be pretty sore pushing it in those last 2 rounds if that makes sense

    but i was also under the impression that once you could do 6 sets of 4 reps easy enough you should up the weight?

    I thought they were, im pretty sure in JPs videos hes really pushing muscle rounds and increasing weight? i might try a light set for warm up, i guess on quads your hams will already be worked a bit so can go straight to the muscle round

    Do you Dona warm up for your Muscle Round sets? Did heavy pull last night then when I did the chest Muscle Round it was sore if I went heavy
