Try Huel, it’s a powered food shake with no added crap. It literally contains pea protein, oats, flax seed, coconut, brown rice and sunflower seeds and that’s it.

Is this manly to remove a hard lump in the nipple? I’ve always had fatty lower chest/nipples since a kid and not sure if gyno surgery would help of if it’s just fat.

When you write down what you want to hit, what do you aim for? And what do you think is achievable? I’ve been hitting 1 rep extra each week for that exercise recently

MemberDecember 21, 2016 at 6:06 pm in reply to: how many working sets per muscle group? Is that 20 sets per workout? So I do push pull hams and quads and on push day for chest I’ll do 3 exercises with 2 working sets each so that’s only 6 sets, but on my pull day I’ll do chest MR so for that week I’m only doing around 8 sets is that to low then?

MemberOctober 28, 2016 at 11:21 am in reply to: off season bulk program, what'dya think?yeha i get what the muscle rounds are, but JP said in the last 1-2 sets of the MR you should be pretty struggling, so what im saying it, without warming up properly it would be pretty sore pushing it in those last 2 rounds if that makes sense
but i was also under the impression that once you could do 6 sets of 4 reps easy enough you should up the weight?
