Are there any long terms sides from using this?

i did a 30 day cycle of SARMS a few months ago, my strengh went up a reasonable amount but i cant say o noticed anything else, didnt have any sides either, not sure ill bother again, 1ml a test a week is far better

I ask my doctor for a full health check and testosterone, I think that covers everything

Ice recently done 4 weeks of SARMs, cant say I noticed any body change, however my strength definitely went up a reasonable amount, but nothing compared to running a low dose of test

Ive done keto a few times with good results, its seems to be the only thing that really works for me, in a nutshell you have high fats, medium to low protein and no carbs with a weekly carb up of high GI carbs, there are some good videos on youtube, just put in keto diet and loads will come up, however id recommend reading the ketogenic diet book by lyle McDonald first, as people do seem to have their own variations of the diet, but this will give you the basics then you can tailor it to yourself, I do mine own now which works well for me and is pretty basic

Hey Jordan, I have an office job so I’m sat down all day, always been like this. Although I’m on the top floor now which is 3 floors up so Ive started taking the stairs 2 times a day now which gets me pretty out of breath by the end of it. I’ve done 4700 steps today according to my Apple Watch so I’ll try to increase this 🙂

I suffer from anxiety a bit, I don’t have panic attacks but more increased heart rate, I found most steroids set it off a bit including Anavar but it usually dies down after a while

I took a 10mg tablet of yohimbine today before my workout and it made me feel sick and a bit weird, anxious like. Still feel sick now is this normal?

Oh does it?? I’m taking 25mg..but from what ive read there was nothing concrete that its shuts you down?

ah ok, that’s not to bad I guess if it doesn’t shut you down, I’m off for the next couple of months so a little boost would be good and my strength always drops when I come off
