where do you use the Vasoburn JP? I’m thinking of trying this, do you get it direct from MPA?

what sort of dose of test will you go upto when you come off your cruise?

i wouldnt have oats pwo personally, id go for something faster acting, like white potato or white rice, or if having a shake then whey with maltodextrin the white potato in pwo meal

i get elbow pain to which is effecing my tricept workouts, i remember before jp said to use curcumin and im pretty sure there was something like, like some kinda cream but i cant remember what it was called?

Regarding your diet is there any reason you had pancakes instead of rice or potato? I can imagine eating that much you dreaded your next meal. I sometimes struggle as I’m bloated from my last and I ate nowhere near that!

Hey JP, what was the protein intra workout at 100g? Also you must have loved pwo meal with 10 pancakes! Where they standard ones or made with protein or something?

personally at the i am trying to gain lean mass and keep as much fat off as possibly, i eat clean all week, but sat night i eat what i want, so thats either pizza with cookies, or if i go out for a meal somewhere, i dont worry to mch what i eat as its my time to enjoy some food and a break off the diet, i hear a lot pros say they have 2 even 3 cheatmeals a week, i guess it depends on the person and how easy you gain fat, the extra cals might help so maybe plan a cheat meal after a leg day or something, that way your body will use any faster acting carbs

Hey guys, so ive noticed a massive difference this week, i feel like i have a lot more energy and can start to push myself again, so i have chicken cooked with a bit of coconut oil, salad and avocado about 90 mins before i train, thanks 🙂

so how do you take the coconut oil? i just tried putting some in my coffee and omg it was rank it hit my lips and was almost sick! there was a layer oil on top, i dont like coconut anyway so just the smell of it made me feel ill, i can imagine just eating this stuff, is there anything else thats as good?

Ah ok cool thanks for that, ill give that a try, i was just trying to base carbs around my workout and then protein and fats for others, but good idea, i can swap 2 meals around so my rice is meal 3 and then protein and fat meal 4, thanks 🙂
