I ran it for 12 weeks with a carb up once a week. If you run it for a while it’s good to come off every 4-6 weeks and have a week of low carbs. I found after this I had good fat loss. Also during my carb ups I took anabolic designs matador, hard to tell if it actually did anything though but def have a read of lyle McDonald’s ketogenic diet book it explains everything and gives you all the info to understand and plan out a keto diet

I’ve been I keto for about 3 months now and lost a good 5kg, I’m really enjoying it. I believe carbs need to under 20g a day to be ketosis so the only carbs I really have are from my greens drink. I love the carb up day and usually smash down 500-600g of fast acting carbs don’t worry about fats just eat what you want and enjoy it. Also I’ve found I haven’t lost any strength, I’m still progressing nicely, think it might be time to come off keto soon though. It’s worth having a read of lyle McDonald’s keto book. It gives you all the info you need on keto and it easy to understand

Looking good Jordan. What do you do for your warm up or does or vary until you feel ready to go heavy? Also if you have done back will you warm up your biceps or just go straight in heavy?

Hi JP, yes ive done rest pauses a few times i really liked them, so i guess if your doing a rest pause theres no need for another or multiple sets, makes sense really, im going to try a push/pull/legs routine just putting it together. I had a read about muscle rounds, they sound intersting ill have to try these

do you do the same thing each session? or do you have for example push A push b workout pull a pull b etc

I used the protein works greens powder. It’s quite often on offer so usually get 30% off. The orange flavour is really nice too

So I ended up sending back the hydrolysed whey and bought peptopro as the whey was so nasty it was like drinking gone off milk!

Thanks Jordan, I couldn’t find much info online. Would hydro whey still be beneficial as a cheaper alternative to take intra workout?
