Do you ever stuggle to finish any of your meals JP? like because your sick of eating the same thing or its dry, also if you have any cravings do you eat anything say some peanut butter?

I really like using The Protein works and Go Nutrition, there flavours are by far the best ive tasted, its also a lot cheaper than big brand names, do you think theres much difference between them?

Cool thanks mate, i thought that might be the case as its always a bit of a grey area, but also something that is pretty big factor in bodybuilding and its good to know how you can do it with minimising risks.

Good vid JP, i listened to a really good podcast the other week from Bpak and Dr Jacon about HIIT, he really favours it and wont touch low intensity now
Ive started to change a few of my low intensity cardio sessions for HIIT and it is very hard!
