    Perfect session , just scaled back my mito stack today a touch as just finding myself dipping a bit hard in the post workout periods and not really being able to get a stable bg , So too much Mito stack efficiency,

    JP, what do you attribute this to? What is the stack doing

    I saw you mention on insta using :

    2000 bpc
    2000 tb500
    2500 ghk-cu

    daily for injuries.

    1- Is that all mcg?
    2- Is that in part due to your size or also what the lit. says is best? Would you recommend the same doses for someone half your size?

    TB 500
    Growth hormone if you’re not opposed to using
    A calorie maintenance when you have the surgery , eating recovery, and allowing body composition to stay great
    Meaning, you’ll hit the ground running once you are recovered

    What doses would be best? Would you start post surgery?

    A little GH wouldnt do any harm….

    100% all 3 would be helpful? Post looks a little wonky.

    What doses would you recommend? Better to start post-surgery?

    Fasted bg 4.6 again , 12iu Lantus wirh meal 1

    12iu gh before the pre wo meal

    100mcg igf des pre wo into glutes

    100mcg lr3 pwo into glutes

    Session:

    Adductor x 2
    Glutinator x 3
    Single leg seated x 3
    Glute hyper x 3
    Ham hyper x 2
    Leg press x 3
    Leg ext x 2
    Kickback x 3
    Calf x 2

    Fucking unreal session! Wasn’t tired at the , took me 3 hours , could have done a 4th hour ! Fucking outrageous !

    My leg days have my biggest Mito stack days , today I did

    6mg mots and 5mg 5 amino on wake
    15mg ss31 an hour pre
    1 tab dada 1 tab ittp 30 pre

    I cannot stress how fucking absurd that feels to literally not get tired lol 😂

    It’s nothing like a pre workout , you want caffiene / stims as usual for the mental focus

    This is literally your body being efficient , breathing is efficient , heart rate is efficient. Focus is laser sharp but not like caffiene .

    JP, is there a crash/comedown from the mito stack similar to caffeine? A feel good “now” but, you will have to “pay the piper” later or is it just the body running for efficiently?
