Should you hold your breath to create pressure on the way up or breathe out? Looks like people are saying both ways are ok.

First I’ve heard Nev. I only have half a pack of micro rice when I have it and my gut never struggles to digest that amount.
I do struggle to eat reheated rice I’ve cooked myself though, but likely due to flavour and consistency. Not sure about digestion

I added vitamins until I find something that makes my stomach upset and then I will push that one to another meal. Don’t want to be taking 20 pills in one sitting when you could take five pills in four different sittings

Dieting down would probably not be the best idea if you’re sick. You’re already stressing your system with whatever infection you have and not giving it the nutrients it needs is not going to make things any better

Hypertension in the neck and traps. The headache comes on for the first set and gets worse as the reps increase, I bet? I had that and it’s awful. I would suggest going to see a sports therapist and laying off the weights until they’ve done the business. Hot baths, Epsom salts, you know the drill. Nothing more frustrating than wanting to lift but not being able to!
