Yeah my bp definitely drops the lighter I get as well. Sometimes takes a second to get up without getting lightheaded when I’m that depleted.

Dean when you’re cycling do you need anything for bp?
-
Yep nose breather definitely. I have a sleep tracker for snoring and it rarely notes any. I predominantly sleep on my side which helps.

Sorry, I meant to say drop all nandrolone.

Yeah I’d just drop the npp and cruise on test until healed after surgery.

Marky, how high does your lisinopril dose go if you don’t mind me asking?

I breathe properly from my stomach not chest most of the time but I am susceptible to chest breathing when I’m stressed I’m sure. I don’t take any NO products

Over those years what have your red blood cells looked like? Have you had to give blood?

My diet is quite good, staple bodybuilder stuff. Sleep is also good at 7 to 8 hours a night. I know there have got to be some guys out there that are on crazy doses or multiple meds to keep their BP in check. Even with diet and sleep optimized.

For the record I am taking verapamil ER. Started at 100 mg then went to 120 now at 180

Yep, that’s what it is for me. I have to take more in order to achieve sufficient total T

How many cycles have you done and what do you normally cruise on?

Also I own a monitor and it’s usually around 130-145 over 85-90 but with bumping up meds I was at 125/81 tonight.

It’s always been high. Doc just upped my medication so we’ll see if that helps. High blood pressure runs in the family.
