I developed shoulder and back acne after starting TRT and after going through all of the normal steps (topical, tetracycline, doryx) I ended up having to do a course of Accutane at 80 mg per day. My liver enzymes were never elevated and it completely cleared my acne aside from some scars which are now fading months later

If it’s regular sust 250 I believe that would be fine. As always just get bloods in 4 weeks to check levels. ????????
