That’s dangerously high. If those are true readings then I would most definitely see your doctor and get on some sort of blood pressure medication as well as getting full blood is done to assess where hematocrit hemoglobin and red blood cell count are.

High blood pressure runs in my family but I usually start to take precautions if my readings are 140/90 for any length of time.
