    the DOOM + DOOM Eternal OST hits allways pretty good also Hardcore / Rap Crossover like Rise of the Northstar gets me pumped, but rly differs day to day can recommend acid techno as well as the intros of you favorite animes – what ever gets you in the zone 🙂

    Great for learning, even greater for job interviews – discovered it makes me very social, but even @ just 100mg you wont find any sleep that day – got my job so Im back to grumpy cat mode ps some would use it as stim in diet but thats meh

    and yeah DHB is the 5-Alpha Reductase of EQ so it should act as an DHT – I would also gone for Mast but I couldnt get my hands on it oddly enough – thank you very much

    So first – I switched to U/L because my FB Sessions took 2 hrs + ( Sry for the confusing writing)

    about the mk 677 – I only read about studies using 25 mg per day with rare dose escalations up to 50 mg per day > so I figured between 20 and 30 mg would be a safe dose to run with, I wasnt aware that it might be causing mineral imbalances – what would you suggest as a safe dosage?

    Tren was supposed to be my anticatabolic agent with this quite low dosage to reap the benefits – even tho i run 2 19 Nors, I figured prolaction issues shouldnt accure with that low aromatization in the mix – but yeah i figure it should go if its the problem

    I rly wante to have an DHT on top of my nandrolone base to mimic test as best as i could without actually using it ( didnt rly tolerate it so well) – to help with libido / neuroprotection – In my understanding even Jordan took Proviron to his Nandrolone Cycle and thats what most ppl doing it succesfull told me – pls correct me if Im wrong ( also DHB because i couldnt source all the Primo i wanted aaaand yeah sry I was currious)

    So now to the real important part : training / nutrition

    I have sodium in every meal – I didnt think it was necessary yet but should i start weighing it? – what would be your recommendations in terms of gram per meal?

    Macros are something like this on TD : 330 P 760 C 75 F / OD : 330 P 600 C 110 F

    Cardio on daily bases is slow walking in the cold 1 – 2 hrs a day

    Training wise :

    L : Biceps Curl + SLR if feeling fresh > Lying Leg Curl working up to a Rest Pause Set 3 times to failure > Safety Bar Squats from pins @ parallel up to 2 SS to failure > Walking Lunges working up to 1 SS to failure > DL up to 1 SS to failure > Standing Calf Raise up to RPS 3 times to failure > Abs as much as Im comfortable with ( usualy cramp after one lol)

    outher L day would be with Leg Press RP set to pre exhaust Quads and than normal Safety Bar Squats followed by SLDL 1 or 2 SS to failure

    U : Decline Bench Pullover with SZ Bar working up to triple failure RP set as Lat pre exhaust > Pull Up either close underhand or close neutral grip triple RP Set ( with BW which is increasing or with added weight as SS + Back Off Set) followed by a as long as i can hang > 40° Deadstop Incline Bench Row up to triple RPS > Lying Reverse Fly triple RPS > Close Grip Benchpress up to 1 SS to failure supersetted with Push Ups from blocks to failure > Upright Rows supersetted with SLR each 1 SS to failure > DB Spider Curls up to 1 SS to failure

    outher U day would be Incline DB Fly Press ( like Dusty) up to 1 SS to failure as pre exhaust > DB Flat Bench Press ( have a Second Rotation with DB decline Bench Flyes + Deadstop Incline BB Bench Press as first 2 exc ) 1 SS + if possible Back Off Set > Seated Deadstop BB Shoulderpress up to 1 SS to failure > Dips with added weight to 1 SS to failure and if possible Back Off Set > RP on mid delt > triple RP on a different Pull Up > Horizontal Bench Row 2 SS to failure > Bent over RD Fly > Bi Curls

    roughly all @ the 90 min sweet spot rn

    started @ 85 kg > 93 kg ( bit of a bump due to water when i introduced MK + cycle @ 22. Jan )

    just heard Dr. Mike Israetel mention you in highest regards due to your huge improvements on the episode with Matt Jansen @revive stonger – just awesome to see that ppl nowaday really appreciate the love for details in terms of form and standartization – will be so sick to see you climbing the ladder @ Mr. O in the next few years!!

    So yeah than u pretty much answered it by urself, maybe look into rack pulls if you need something for back density tho – see if you can recover from them, else concentrate on fixing your weakness and dont force an movement in that you might not benefit from.

    Well if it hinders you on your main lifts where you make great progress its a decision you have to do base on your needs – lack in the ham / low back department? got superior back development? – then go for it. You could also try to put the SLDL on your leg training after the quad movements – maybe this fits better and you wont have to compromise your progess on back as much.

    pls rewatch all of the vids on cycle progression… why would you plan on using a bombs @ 100 mg for 6 weeks – what is your goal? Is this a massing phase for you? If so skip the fuckin orals… all you gonna do is bloat,ruin your digestion and liver… – this is a bad plan and this forum wont plan out your cycles for you 😉 – stick with injectables and slowly increase while watching your health, focus on your eating and training and dont rely on f*in orals to put on some temporary mass!!
