With 2 rotations of PPL I have them at the start in one session and at the end in the other after the compounds. Works pretty well for me, but try it for yourself and see what’s best for you 🙂

So there is nothing wrong with this cycle at all and it will bring about alot of muscle gains.
However it is a heavy step from the previous cycle – have you used NPP in the past?
Have you ran this much test with primo and do you know if you get any high E2 sides.
personally I would have it as
300 test, 300 primo, 200mg NPP for 5-6 weeks.
I would get bloods done and asses were your hormones are and how progress has been
from here I would decide if I even needed to increase the dose and if I did I would base the increase on what my hormones were showing in the blood tests, how I looked and feel.
Oxy – I would start with 25mg and I would only use twice a week – I would look to see if this had any negative impact on hunger etc and if there was any high E2 spikes.
For example one of my clients recently was meant to use oxy on week body part days so x 2 – However he used 3-4 times over the week and close together and due to his body type saw a big spike in water and it impacted the look alot which we dont want. Simply from a sharp increase in E2 – so if you add this in ontop of this mix of drug your considering straight away you may find a huge jump in water and the negatives that comes with it.
patience and making the right additions at the right time is key for maximum results with minimum sides and issues
Will start with this dosage as you suggested since I want to increase the minimum as possible.

I’ve never used NPP or Primo, but used Deca before and got some decent muscle gains. I’ve used this amount of test before with Eq (a drug I certainly don’t miss a bit), and E2 was not an issue (based on blood work I’ve done back then).

REST DAY
Feeling a bit tired as I’m still getting used to this new work routine. 20min cardio with some calves and and work as yesterday after pull was completely done and couldn’t do anything else besides cardio.
Sleep has not been the best tbh. Hopefully will get some extra hours tonight in order to have a good leg session tomorrow.

Good morning,
One of those leg days I’ll remember for the next days for sure. Struggled a bit also due to cardio as flu didn’t help at all but still, a successful day in the office as all big lifts progressed.
Weight: 86,3kg. Increased carbs as fatigue was starting to take place and dropped more than 1kg. Energy wise, feeling much better today.
Mini cut finished. Now on a maintenance phase with a slight increment in PEDs but still moderate.
– 300mg Test E
– 600mg Mast E
– 25mg proviron/day
– 2iu gh
Rest day with a bit of work in the morning.

Good morning,
Very exciting first days in Manchester. Environment at FLF couldn’t be better as for work as to workout.
Still getting used to some new machines but everything I had back at Blvckout I have it here so that’s not a limiting factor. With a bit of flu on these last days but nothing major.
Today we go for legs in the afternoon.

Finally settled in Manchester. First day at FLF was great. As the previous times, felt like home and I’m sure this country move, despite hard, was the best choice.
As for today’s session, what better way to start than with legs?! 😅 pretty good one.

Good evening,
Last working day at Blvckout gym. Very grateful to had the opportunity to work in a place like that and meet all the people (staff, members, my clients…) that hugely contributed to my development 🙏🏻
Also last push session where finally was able to hit 5pps on the gym shop/nautilus chest press for 7. A personal goal I had and achieved it on the last opportunity 😊
Tomorrow will go there hit the final session, pull. Let’s finish strong 💪🏼

So it begins the final week in Portugal. For sure some stress but really looking forward to make the move. Fortunately and even despite dieting, training performance is at the peak.

Also probably the final week of this dieting phase. Will run some blood work when I settle in the UK and hopefully after that, start another push phase.

Good evening,
Great pull session where FINALLY was able to break the plateau on deadlifts. Still a bit sore from yesterday’s push after beating some numbers as well. Strange that every time I’ve been dieting my presses started to drop immediately but this time not only they aren’t dropping but even increasing 😃
Weight: 89kg.
Not having the best nights of sleep as the move approaches and I’m getting a bit anxious tbh.
Tomorrow just a PT session in the morning and then, rest of the day off.

Good afternoon,
Finishing the week strong with a tremendous leg session. Nothing left in the tank for me and my training partner 😅 despite caloric reduction the today’s performance was amazing. Even before starting every movement, specially compounds, felt so confident that it would improve (so it was 🙂).
Weight: 88,7kg. BW starting to drop at a faster pace but feeling pretty well, without any signs of hungry of lack of performance.
Holiday tomorrow but nothing changes 😅 rest day of training but with 1:1 PT sessions all morning.Have a great week y’all 💪🏼

Good afternoon,
First proper leg day in 3 weeks. Now fully recovered and ready to smash these last weeks of the mini cut.
Weight: 90kg. Big food drop (aprox 700kcals) and cardio went to 40min daily.
Very handy rest day tomorrow not only coz of today’s leg session but also to solve some more bureaucratic stuff related with the move to 🇬🇧 (2,5 weeks and counting 😁).
