Good afternoon,
Pull session a bit quicker than usual as it was on lunch break and had to get back to the seminar. One of the gym owners joined me in the session and for sure added more knowledge to it.
Rest day tomorrow as the internship continues on to day 2. Tuesday time for an early leg workout. Let’s see how it goes since I can’t remember the last time I’ve worked out legs so early 😅

Early morning push session as it was the only time available to workout. Surprisingly it was a good one 😅
Full day at FLF attending the seminar where once again, the one and only Oscar Young dropped some knowledge bombs. Always worth the travel and time 🙏🏻
Starting tomorrow straight 8 days of the FLF internship. Tough days for sure but let’s leave no stone unturned.

Crazy leg day. Was feeling a bit lazy after all the work in the morning but as soon as the session started could feel straight away that was gonna be one of those ones with PBs flying all over the place 🔥😂 and it was!
Everything packed and ready to travel tomorrow, however, still with a few clients in the morning. Long day for sure but really looking forward to go back to Manchester 🙏🏻

Another pull session under the heat 🥵 deadlifts felt a bit heavy today but still manage to match previous loads and reps, however all rows and pull downs progressed.
Weight: 93kg
Rest day tomorrow. After all the PTs in the morning, time to start packing things in the afternoon ✈️ 🇬🇧

Good afternoon,
Push session today. Some movements that I was having an hard time to connect with, today felt awsome, like the nautilus chest press for example.
Feedback from coach: Things will change a bit as in 2 weeks will start a mini cut to be able to push things again.
Weight: 93,2kg
Pull day tomorrow after all the PT sessions in the morning. After that, time to start organizing things to another trip the UK that will take place on Friday (super excited 😁).

Good evening,
Leg session under a very hot weather 🥵 2,5L juggle wasn’t enough for the whole session. manage to progress almost every lift but really struggled with cardio, specially on the split squats where I felt like my lungs were burning.
Weight: 92,7kg
A much needed rest day tomorrow with just a PT session in the morning. Back on Monday for push (hopefully with a more friendly temperature 😅🙏🏻)

Good afternoon,
Another successful pull session. Deadlifts are progressing session by session and adductor seems no longer a problem. Now let’s aim for 200kg again 🔥 prime seated row was an exception as i couldn’t connect very well today and felt heavier than usual.
Rest day and holiday tomorrow here in Portugal, but certainly not for me as PT sessions don’t stop 😅 however, very grateful for that 🙏🏻

Nice push session yesterday despite feeling a bit tired during the morning. Nothing that a small nap between PT sessions and a monster can’t solve 😂 numbers were good and definitely can feel my chest.

In for a pull session today with my friend and former coach. Now we’ll try to workout together more often as we both need a push to reach the next level.

Good afternoon,
After a crazy day with clients, leg session went down. Not the best tbh. By some reason wasn’t able to properly connect on some exercises, including the pendulum squat right at the start. Top set didn’t go as well as it should and couldn’t switch off which affected the rest of the session. Lessons learned, nothing to do now. Saturday back on it

Got the weekly feedback from Ross and everything will be kept the same.

Push session after a very busy day with PT clients. Feeling stronger session by session as the PED and food increment are making the desired effect ?? major progress on the presses.

Another successful (and tough) leg day. Compound movements are going through the roof. Back off set introduced on the pendulum but didn’t take anything away from the rest of the session and actually even progressed on the Atlantis pivot press.

Lot of work today with PT clients and programming the plans for the new ones that will start. Business is going better then ever ??
Also had a pull session. Deadlifts felt amazing as now i don’t feel any limitations due to my adductor. This volume increment brought an extra set on the deadlift which had it’s impact on the rest of the workout ? however, still manage to maintain everything or even progress

Good afternoon,
One of those leg days that I’ll remember for the next days (hopefully just until the next one ?) as it had me on the ropes. Had to wait approx 30min post workout before being able to drive home ?
Changed cybex leg press for the Atlantis leg press and I’m glad i did as my ROM improved a lot and felt much more on my quads.

Starting to feel the food increment as my performance is getting better.
Obviously tomorrow will be a rest day ? morning and early afternoon with work at the gym and after that, some family time.
