    Hey Kuba. Following your AI reply on your log I have a question. Currently I’m in deep off season, weighting 95kg (reached 96,5kg but had to take a step back on food). I’m currently doing 300mg test E, 300mg eq and 200mg tremb E, 2x/week (Monday and Thursday). Alongside with that I’m doing 1mg anastrozol/day. Suddenly started to feel very tired and lethargic which forced me to do a deload phase. Thought it might have something to do with some over use of AI and low estrogen. I know it can be different from person to person but what’s your opinion? Would you take the anastrozol out? Would you just reduce the intake frequency? Thanks in advance

    Yes I would take anastrazole out, on this dosage you are just suppressing your estrogen, 0 benefits keeping estrogen low and all the negatives

    You need estrogen to grow and to lose fat

    Keep test as is drop eq for mast or primo ( you’ll get far more from it ) and it will control your estrogen

    Fatigue hwre will be brought on via Adex [/quote]

    The same and you’ll get more from it I believe that strongly so. Not a fan of eq personally

    Good evening,
    Leg day as last session of devolume phase. Had the company of a great friend. For quite a while we didn’t workout together and today fortunately we were able to. Despite telling her i was on deload, she was always trying to squeeze an extra rep out of me ? but this is the type of training partner u always want right?! ?
    WORKOUT
    Lying leg curl x1
    Hip press x1
    Smith squats x1
    Leg extensions x1
    Seated leg curl x1
    Adductor x1
    Seated calf raises x2

    Weight: 94,4kg

    Will take this week off to give my body and mind total rest as i really need. Devolume was a very good option but i feel that I’m still not fully recovered, and so, will be back next Friday or Saturday, for sure much better ?

    Fairly good push session yesterday as the devolume phase continues. Strength is still pretty good despite food reduction.

    Prime tricep extensions x1
    Body weight dips x1
    Single arm cable curls x2

    Weight: 95kg

    Special day as today will visit my grandfather to celebrate his 85th 🙂 but first, pull session on the menu 😉

    Good morning,

    Back on the gym floor yesterday afternoon for a devolume leg session. Nothing crazy, just to provide some stimulus as my body is still recovering.

    WORKOUT
    Adductor x1
    Pendulum x2
    Leg extension x2
    Lying leg curl x2
    Kneeling leg curl x1
    Glute drive x1
    Standing calf raises x2

    Weight: 95kg. Big drop in weight as expected.

    Rest day today. With all PT clients sessions in the morning will try to get a nap in the afternoon as last nights weren´t the best in terms of sleep.

    Good afternoon,
    Weekend to forget ??‍♂️ after feeling my right side delt tearing while doing SLDL, couldn’t sleep all night due to digestive issues, guess to food poisoning. Didn’t feel like this since almost 6 yrs ago where I didn’t even bodybuild.
    Went to physio, and probably in a couple days the shoulder will be fine.
    New week ahead and there’s no time to negativism, so, very optimistic and confident on the process ?

    Good afternoon,
    Devolume push session done yesterday, the first of a full deload rotation. Just performed the top sets and got able to maintain the numbers with no accumulated fatigue.
    WORKOUT
    Nautilus/gym shop chest press x1
    High inclined smith press x1
    Prime dips x1
    Prime peck deck x1
    Prime seated laterals x2
    Reverse peck deck x1
    Dual cable pushdown x1
    Single hammer strength bicep curls x1

    Weight: 96,2kg. Not feeling very comfortable in the last days tbh. Starting to struggle a lot to eat and digestion it is not at it’s not the best ?Spoke with coach and will probably just do 1 more week of this push phase.

    After a busy Saturday morning will do the pull session later in the afternoon in order to be fresher. As for tomorrow, complete rest ??

    Good morning,

    Successful leg session yesterday. Still got able to hit some good numbers. After a couple days feeling the fatigue starting to accumulate it´s time for a devolume, where i´ll do at least a full rotation with 50-60% of the normal volume.

    Lying leg curl x2
    Hip press x2
    Smith squats x1
    Leg extensions x2
    Seated leg curl x2
    Adductors x1
    Seated calf raises x3

    Weight: 96,6kg

    Rest day with PT sessions in the morning and clients training plans updates in the afternoon.

    Dispite feeling a bit tired, had a good pull session yesterday where was able to progress all big lifts.

    WORKOUT
    Prime single arm plate loaded lat pull down x2
    T bar row x2
    Nautilus single arm lat row x2
    Smith bent over row x2
    Reverse peck deck x2
    Inclined bench DB curls x2

    Weight: 96,4kg.

    Much needed rest day today with all the work being done until early afternoon. After that will try to get some rest as i´ve not been sleeping so well these last nights. I guess due to this new body weight that i´m not used to.

    Hey mate, so, in terms of strength i think they´re pretty much the same, however, i think this time i nailed better other things like recovery and stress management. Also this time i have cardio in the plan which is also bringing lots of benefits. As for mood, i feel this time i´m less “patient” haha but nothing major. As for appetite, ghrp-6 was the game changer.

    Very needed rest day today as yesterday’s leg session took everything out of me. After a couple weeks, finally got able to break the plateau on the pendulum squat, which was starting to get frustrating.

    WORKOUT
    Adductor x2
    Pendulum x3 (set1: 3s hold; set2: 1s hold; set3: continuous reps)
    Leg extensions x3
    Lying leg curl x3
    Kneeling leg curl x2
    Glute drive x2
    Standing calf raises x3

    Weight: 95,6kg. New territory! Ghrp-6 really increased my appetite this week which was very helpful since i was starting to struggle.

    Tomorrow back at the gym to work in the morning and hit a push session in the afternoon.

    Another pull session, another SLDL PB 😀 (is there a better feeling? guess not haha). Despite feeling pretty beaten after that and having a crazy lower back pump, still manage to keep the progress across the whole workout

    Prime plate loaded seated row x2
    Extreme row x2
    Wide grip lat pull down x2
    Rear delt row x2 (last set with 1 RP)
    Shrugs x1
    Preacher curls x3

    Weight: 95kg

    Rest day with PT sessions until lunch time. Tomorrow, it´s time for legs again, with pendulum on the menu so, the most brutal of the workouts 🙂
