train your ass of to keep the build up tissue. in a cruise with the right diet. and training you wont lose muscle in a small/normall defecit

i dont have that problem. maybe you pin in a little different area on the left delt?
adding orals in a cycle. why not. compound is compound. just think about it if you NEED it

stable bloodwork. faster in faster out. slow esthers build up in your blood during a few weeks. a fast esther will be at his peak fast and stay there. so stable bloods. also changes can be made if needed (with faster result of the change).
taking shots pre. i learned that its not fast enough to benefit as a pre. orals do.

for most people tren has a ”big” impact on health and appetite. that why a lot of people wont use it offseason. if everything would be good (checked by bloods) and appetite. i could say why not. im planning my next bulk phase after my comp prep also with tren to see how the body reacts in offseason.

what cycle did you do? and yes pct for sure. but take longer off. if you dont then i wouldnt mind pct and cruise.
if im honest i dont know what you did for the cycle but in my oppinion you should gain alot more on your first cycle if you just do 300 mg test already. if training and diet is right ofcourse

yes. 8 weeks tops for me. im with dean 100%. kept working and kept losing fat (ofcourse the diet also). now im in my 6th week also. 0 shaking but still losing fat at a good pace..

you could add nolvadex till you got the results if you want to be safe

there are so many topics already about this. but ofcrouse you can. MOST people prep with low test higher tren. so why not in a bulk. i dont know why you would want to keep test lower. but just know what the compounds do and make your decision
