as you said. bloods. nothing else really. a cruise on 150 should be low enough to not need any ai but ofcourse every person is different. so bloods

20 hours before this bloed test i trained. no medication no drinking. just vitamin pills etc etc

yes u understand but the lenght of an cruise. is blasting after 5 weeks cruise long enough to respond in the same way then 10 weeks cruise. or will 10 weeks of a cruise give you a better clean start? bloods are already good after 5 weeks. thats why im wondering to wait another 5 weeks to start a blast so i will respond better (if this is the case) otherwise i could start a blast soon.
so thats kinda my point. hopefully you can give me some advice if 10 weeks will lead to a better response to a blast then 5 weeks

ill think i will add EQ then and upp the food. see where this takes me. hopefully eq makes me hungry AF hahaha
last “high” blast because of my competition the end of this year.. after that ill take some step backs for sure cuz i wont compete for a longer time and i got enought time to grow. now ill just need to push a lil harder.
ill get bloods done in 6 weeks. 1 week before plannin to get in that blast. and again 1 week before ill get in to prep
maybe ill start a training journal all the way to competition time (okt)

Looks like you still have room for plenty of food to me. Nice frame bro, if appetite isn’t great then eq will get you eating like a horse but not everyone gets on with it.
As Hilly says I wouldn’t mix eq with npp so decide one or the other.
Maybe try:-
Test e 125mg e3d
Eq 300mg e3d
Primo 100mg e3d
Your cals look good for maintaining current shape but that’s a surplus for me at 100kg and 5ft 8.
Try upping protein to nearer 300g and add intra training carbs, 100g of cyclic dextrin. Subtle adaption but would likely make a huge difference.
At least that’s what I would consider.

thx for the compliment bud! really trying to push it cuz im competing this year and need some extra mass.
ill add the intra carbs and up the proteins i could handle that. hopefully eq will boost my appetite.
i dont think ill get on primo just because i dont know if i can get good primo. and its expensive haha. still a student and all those supps and bloodwork is already killing me haha.
the reason i thought about combining npp with bold is because i heard jp talking about that he likes a combo like that so his test could get lower etc etc. (if im not mistaking)

already very happy with the comments. im trying to keep the drugs at normal dosages so this helps alot. lot of guys around me are trying and advising me to jump on 1 g test 1 g nandrolone… cazy numbers like 700 tren. alot of orals. also insuline and gh wich i feel is not needed at alllll yet.
so feel free to say what ever you think and advise about food training and drugs -
I don’t like the idea of taking NPP n EQ at this stage. Makes no sense.
You should of had impressive gains with the above.
I would run this again but add in an oral like Tbol pre workout. 50-75mg.
If wanting to avoid orals I would just up the test personally to 750-800
Eat a lot more than you did last time.
Train harder.

im really avoiding orals because of my appetite. it already sucks im really pushing with 4500 kcal clean foods

i would at least run 300-400 eq to get all of its benefits (increase in appetite and increase in collagen synthesis). you are already over a g of gear and i dont know how experienced/advaced you are but i personally would scale back on the npp and keep the test the same. if you still want to increase your dose and considering your last cycle, i would use something like: 600 Test, 300 npp, 350 eq. i would also switch the adex out for aromasin and reduce the caber to at least 1/2 of the dose. if you switch from a long estered test to sust, you might need to adjust your injection freqzency and/or your ai dose, so keep that in mind.
