    diet is 280 proteins 600 carbs 100 fats. aprox 4500 kcal for me this is really pushing it. (my appetite sucks) stats are 1.81 cm 94 kg( 208 lbs) and around 9% BF (bicep 3 mm tricep 4 mm abs 7 mm back 10 mm legs 5 mm) adding some recent photos.. bf looks different because of the light but photos are taken in the last 2 weeks.
    and i did make good gains but dont want to say to much hahah. aprox 4.5 / 10 lbs lean muscle. bodyfat maybe dropped even a little. so maybe even a little more.
    Training is good for sure.
    btw i injecten the npp 150 eod. and test e twice a week 300.

    Test e 12 weeks
    Npp 150 eod 12 weeks

    now in bridge/cruise 250 mg test e. (planning on 8 weeks total bridge) after bridge blast starts again
    when should i get bloods done?

    Hey JP.

    a quick question. i just ran a 12 week blast with 600 teste 525 npp. (with 0.5 arimi eod and 0.5 caber e3d)
    Now im thinking what to do next. i made decent gains. not to much but some quality.
    now i want to add a compound next blast. thinking about EQ. i’m sure to get decent primo (and expensive AF) so thats why im thinking about EQ.
    the dose is just something im not sure about. could you help me out. and im also thinking about switching to sust. and see how that feels.

    any tips on the dose of the 3 compounds?
