i wouldnt even mind the % but think about the looks. a bodyfat caliper can show your skinfold. this can be converted to a %. but who cares? its the way you look. you can use the caliper to check the progress and see if the mm’s are going down. but i wouldnt mind the %.
there is no recommendation. its just how you want to look.

NPP. for me. faster in faster out. stable blood lvls.
eq gives me a high htc and not that much progress compared to Npp
and ofcourse npp is at a lower dose.

think about it.
me (210 lbs) doesnt need a SUPER high test to grow. guys like james kuba jp do ofcourse because they are alotttt bigger. thats why they need more gear (most of the time) and cruise higher.

depends extremly on your goals. i blast and cruis. and planning to do so for a long period (wanne get big) and want to keep cycling.
if you dont. then ofcourse a pct would be better. but if you jump on blast again right after pct for me it makes no sense.
cruise lenght is determent by bloods. and depending on the esther you used.
nutrition and training should stay the same. but most of the time volume goes down a little in cruise. but try to keep up ofcourse.

the test will give your readings and what it ”shouldt” be.
so regarding this you probably never done bloods. you should mate.
and according to your answers i would look at ALOT of JP’s videos here on the website about steroids because i think theres still a lot to learn for you m8.

for me. i would use test npp primo.
mg’s up to you. tbh 1000 mg test 600 mg eq 400 mg mast 300 mg dhb and 420 mg anadrol is fucking crazy imo. thats ALOT. 2700+ mg a week is crazy
and if you are 210 lbs you wont need stuff like this. im a little over 210 lbs offseason with decent bf and im not even on the half of this. guys like kuba james or the giantdont even use this.
i get you are competing at national lvl but that would make a 210 lbs person need 2700 mg offseason to grow. as i said. look at james kuba etc,
im a 100% sure you could gain on something like 700 test 500 npp 400 primo.
if you dont. your training and diet isnt 100%.

so weekly total is 350 test and 175 npp. so you already did this one twice so thats perfect. if you still made gains on the last one i wouldnt mind getting up way higher.
i wouldnt add an oral tho. just add some mg’s, for me orals fucks with appetite, and ofcourse more liver damage
next cycle i would bump it to maybe 450 test and 250 npp .
so that gives 130 mg test eod and 70 npp eod

but because you are using npp that is a fast acting drug the will probably give you some weight gain and strenght in a week. but not too much tho. cycling stays a process that will happen over a longer period of time.
dont worry about it to much and just work your ass off. youll get stronger soon!

even tho its the same compound (just a diff esther) a lot of people experience less water retention and side effects..
its not that we could say what will give you more gyno. just as timo said. bloods. and then if estrogen is to high, use an AI, if prolactin is to high, get caber

i would inject npp eod. and with that just devide the test e to eod. so every other day its the exact same inject. bettter foor bloods etc.
like im in prep now. injectid tren ace ed. and with that also my test e en mast e. also just to keep it simple for myself so i dont have to think.. hmm what to inject today.
