    well first cycle will probably be low dosed so you can probably inject is everywhere. i personally would do shoulders. ( when i cruise i do shoulders) easy to reach, see etc.

    i use an orange 16 or 25 mm, 25 i dont put in all the way tho.

    ofcourse you can do lats glutes or ,maybe quads. i dont prefer quads tho because i most of the time feel the post injection pain more. i dont know how lean you are but that does affect the lenght of the needed needle. i could use a 25 or even 16 mm orange in my glute. if you got more fat go to a 40 mm blue one, lots of people use grey for there glutes but i find them pretty big. for me the smaller the better (less scar tissue). just make sure you are IN the muscle.

    because you are injecting low dosages i would use smal syringes. this is easier to inject with because you dont have to put as much pressure on it as with a 5 ml syringe. especially when you are using smal needles.

    if i where you i would just keep it simple. inject twice a week for stable blood lvls. dont know what dose you will be injecting but i would say like twice 150 mg a week would be enough.

    more tips:
    pls do bloods before cycle. check your natty test lvl to have a base point.
    then do bloods 4/5 weeks in cycle to check estrogen to see if an ai (arimidex is needed) is it? then start with a low 0.5 mg twice a week.

    dont forget health supps for BP etc.

    get training on point get diet on point. and you could gain alotttttt on 300 mg test a week

    enjoy the gains.

    preffered
    1 lats 2/3 ml
    2 glutes 3 ml
    3 delts 1.5 ml
    4 quads 1.5 ml
    5 tricep 0.5/1 ml

    also did pecs (0.5 each) but that affects my training to much
    biceps 0.5 max but also affected my training to much

    Oh and another (important) note: I do have crohn’s disease.
    I dont think this has anything to do with it tbh. If it would be my intestines I dont have to throw up right away? Sounds more like a stomach issue to me…

    M1:
    2 bagels
    40 gr jam
    2 whole eggs, 4 eggwhites
    1 banana

    M2:
    80 gram wholegrain pasta (measured uncooked)
    200 gram lean minced meat
    80 gr pasta sauce
    6 ricecakes

    M3:
    4 slices of wholegrain bread
    70 grams peanutbutter

    M4:
    100 grams brown rice (measured uncooked)
    200 grams Pangasius filet
    200 grams greens

    intra WO drink
    100 grams of carbs
    20gr EAA

    M5 Post:
    100 grams of babyrice (measured uncooked)
    50 grams of whey isolate
    50 grams jam
    6 ricecakes
    300 grams of white potato (measured uncooked)
    1 banana

    M6:
    500 grams of lacto free low-fat quark
    55 grams of walnuts
    100 grams of blueberries

    0.5 25 mm in lats for me.. also in delts. in tricep i go to 0.4 x 13 mm

    i would defo rotate with shoulders and lats and maybe triceps. i would never inject 2 times a week in my glute. this will create scar tissue fast because it doesnt have any time to recover

    i love test npp. if you want to add another compound ill go with primo. EQ gives me thick blood.

    the half life of test cyp is pretty long. i would do 2 weeks then go down to your cruise ai dose
