cut now keep the blast on. stay farely lean in cruise to push on next blast. thats how i would do it

EQ makes more red blood cells. and a lot of time higher blood pressure(but this is good in your case). try to lose blood. (donation) to lower this. i did it. felt a lot better.
get bloods done to see your hematocrit and hemoglobin. probably high. lose blood. bloods again. and see if you are in range. if its in range the first blood test then its probably something else

300 p 500 c 150 f
currently 98.5 KG 181 CM 11% BF
if i eat more bf starts to rise to fast. and luckely i dont need more because 4600 KCal for me is pushing very very hard and almost puking

depends on how much. and how high the lvls are. 300 ml every 6 weeks could be done. or 500 every 12 weeks. but if your lvls are way off. just keep doing bloods to see where you are at and if more is needed

what needle are you using? maybe a longer one is needed. and i always let the needle stick in the muscle for maybe 15 seconds before i get it out. and slow injection.

i love npp. fast leveld out in your blood, fast in , fast out, i personally feel better on npp then deca.
dose really is different with everbody. just try to get the most out of the least for as long as possible. and as jp said some need more but can only handle less. so find your own sweetspot. and start from the bottom -
i dont think its EQ specific. but maybe the EQ from the source you got is not sterile,clean or some other shit? eq never gives me anything weird.

but i see 250 sust eod alo gives 900 mg a week and 150 npp gives 525 mg and 200 tren e gives 700 tren e a week. this is even harder on the body and heavier.
so compared to the previous cycle its not heavier but ”lighter”. but still heavy. i think with the right nutrition and training you can go alongggg way with this

hey, i would recommend a rest day between pull and legs. both leg and back days should be extremely taxing so placing a rest day inbetween can be very beneficial.
