same problem here.. what about the amount of sets per week. i know every body can handle different volume and intensity but some say 4 ex 3 sets. some say 1 ex 4 sets and thats it

Do you know if it affects the absorbtion of the taken nutrition? and so growth? i am gaining and also in fats. so i think im consuming enough.. but i want to know if it affects my growth

i also have Crohn. note sure if it does affect bodybuilding in growth…
what i do to manage it is eating clean. unhealty food/cheats and stuff like Cola really affects my stumach. so i just always eat clean and according to plan. for me this is the best way to keep it under controll

me to but the lab results are taken by mac so ofcourse they wouldnt give bad results for that test

as hilly said. 15 to 20 lbs is a lot. probably a lil more water then you think but looking good.
and im with hilly about the break pct etc. cruising could be done in a later stadium. and you have the potential to hit the stage.

in my oppinion. make sure you have a good source. known for quality. not a cheap ass vail, will be enough. not trying to play with the oil by yourself. good UG labs will try to do it clean to and good labs will have the right stuff to do it
or youll need pharmaceutic test to be 100% sure its clean.
