I think she wants a “better” fat distribution at her current bf level and probably there is nearly nothing that can be done.
So actually you all say she can do following:
- diet down if she thinks she has too much fat
- stop training muscles that are to thick
- do cardio/steps to burn more calories if losing fat is the goal
Which is all obvious and what I tell her as well.
Regarding just dropping 3kg of fat – she did that last year. The result was that the lower body did not change visually whereas the upper body leaned out even more. Arms and back show all details and abs then look shredded and already show a lot of veins… for an “off season” or “all year round” look I think that is already too low.
I think the answer is that she needs to accept her genetics and just be as lean and muscular as she wants to be and that the distribution of fat is nothing anyone can influence.
One question arises:
In the end this means, that not every woman with good genetics for building muscle is able to get herself into a good bikini shape, isn’t it? If the upper body leans out too fast and shows veins all over the abs before the thighs and glutes get really tight, you are screwed?

I also asked the same question in a local forum and found out that the best educational base would be sport physio + osteopath and I have such people in a sport physio center in my region (although those centers are often combined with post operation treatment, thats why it seems weird to book a treatment as fit and healthy person there)… I will start there, inform me and try it out.

Bloodwork is anyway something I do at least once yearly but mostly 2-3 times and I don’t have any problems there at all – cardio, training, healthy food and supps is all I need here…One question still arises: has anyone a standpoint on going off cold instead of lowering to trt? For 2-3 months this would be something I can handle as well – maybe this would have more benefits than trt if someone can handle it? Any thoughts on that?

MemberDecember 27, 2023 at 5:12 pm in reply to: Low Dose Testo Only – healthy on/off durationsThanks for your opinion. So you would really advice to never go off as long as I am willing to take testo and just switch between TRT and low testo based on my health condition?
And simply accept the side effect that my own testo production will probably not come back anymore if I stop testo completely in a few years and so TRT will be a must for me then?
Actually I tend to this myself as well…
