Hello mate; take the good things when they happen; don’t ask yourself too much questions
We don’t fix what is not broken; you know the sentence
You will see in due time when to reduce volume; and IF you will need to reduce volume
Waiting that moment to happen; keep up the good work
Thanks

I don’t personally have experience with this or have much of an opinion on it. I think the principals of lifting accurately, no ego and utilising carbs intra is great. Honestly you can get very good results just by keeping things really simple. If you’re in a position where you want/need to put on a significant amount of muscle I wouldn’t even worry about hyper specific protocol like this.
IYO . Best way to train ?

So if you want to become massive . Straight sets IYO ?

If you feel better and you feel like you are progressing well with the push pull legs – stay with it and run it
An u/l has to be set up well yes the sessions will likely be a little bit longer to ensure that you can hit a good amount of volume throughout the week, especially for push and pull movements
But you do actually end up with frequency across a 7 to 8 day window , but stay with the push pull legs if you have a run with it
Nice one . Will do

If suddenly throwing in more volume works, it’s an indication that the first 1/2 sets weren’t doing the job in the first place. If you can recover from a sudden jump in volume, you were nowhere near the limit with less.
This is a scenario where a certain split just doesn’t suit someone. PPL suits you and you’ve found this by trying things you don’t like or get on with. It’s all learning.
Absolutely my man

Hi Jack, you have choose the split that works best for you. You have to experiment with different ones to see which ones work and which ones don’t for you specifically! It’s different for everyone!
Crazy as I’ve heard a few saying I don’t need more volume. I guess it’s all trial and error
My approach is do as much as I can recover from -
Everything . Tbh pal you look about 10 weeks out . Focus on getting stronger and don’t be worrying about certain things . Enjoy training because you need a lot more muscle to be competitive

Volume is definitely a driver of Hypertrophy , so if you can do more , progress it and recover from it then yes you’ll make significant progress .
Nice one . Just wasn’t 100% happy with the U/L split
