    I do the same volume regardless of how I feel , so the upper parameter is based on something I can always do , session after session for weeks and weeks without fail

    6-7 sets is the most I see done 2 times a week

    It’s great when you feel amazing. But it’s easy to overdo it. You need to find a split / frequency / volume that you can recover nicely from to be able to give it 100% each session. BUT those days feel

    Extra good, TRY NOT to just do more. Lift harder within your sets / exercises.

    Your recovery capacity is like a battery charger, it has a capacity. Your drain yourself just enough each day so your recovery pack can recharge in time for tue next session. If you start draining yourself too much, battery won’t charge enough for the next session or maybe even the one after , then it holds you back from training as hard.

    This can rapidly have a knock on effect and before you know it you’ve dig yourself a hole and just can’t make progress

    Train harder not longer. More isn’t always better. Smarter is better

    Absolutely understand that . Just when your in the groove you feel like you can push more . Lesson learned 😂

    Some Irish people simply order to someone they know in the UK who sends it direct to them , bio labs is twice the price with no up to date hplc testing

    Any other solution to what you suggested??

    Start with just 1 mg fasted , you don’t want to be driving up your ampk too high pre workout

    Both of these peptides I find personally do help and as sas has said once you get to where you want in terms of pain free / reduction you could always drop down to a maintenance dose to keep mobile and keep pain at bay. With where to inject, I go as close to the point of point and inject

    Let’s say for elbows so Marc ? Am I just better off going sub Q . Just be easier ?

    I use 1mg of each daily sub Q. I find this dose brings pain down and maintains really well. But I think I could go lower too now I’m pain free. 0.5mg of each every other day to maintain.

    Micro dose pal . Add in a fibre supplement and you should be good to go . Super peptide once you know how to use correctly.

    I have a few clients running 1mg per week, micro dosed across 3-4 shots. BG values are all stellar, body fat gain is minimal or 0.

    What would be the ideal BG range ? Fasted and post meals
    Let’s say your eating 100g carbs pre and post

    Have you tried pulling them out and seeing if digestion returns then adding back in to see if it really is them?
