I am definitely not qualified to answer, but what I have seen on insta seems to be a black background and tripod with ring light.
A lot of people put a tape on the tripod to know the height, and tape on the ground for the camera and the place they will be posing to make it as even as possible every week.
This is just what I have seen, I don’t know if that’s the best way tho

I’m the same as Jordan here I know what I can recover from and I just repeat the same as I know this works and now and again if I feel super smashed I’ll take an extra day if needed or a deload but once you have everything regulated you will want them rest days mentally and physically
