I think if your legs aren’t a strong point it would be a great split to run through prep yes. Are you doing 3 sets for every body part? Or just those that can tolerate higher volumes?
I’m men’s physique so that’s why I though this would be more appropriate for me.

3 sets for hams once a week is absolutely not enough work at all . It’s not even close . Why are you training legs in general once a week when you’re prepping for the stage ?
I would bin that split off , it makes zero sense for someone prepping for the stage , even if you think your legs are strong , they aren’t strong enough , trust me
P/P/L/ rest repeat . And hit hams with a proper amount of work
