Don’t know if it’s the right place to ask this question! But i really would like to know your opinion!
What do you believe is the reason that some lower backs this Olympia (ramy, iain, hunter) seemd to have atrophy? Haven’t seen it live but at the pictures and stream it looked like their lower backs where gone!
And you are my go to expert when it comes to buildining a thick, dense back! What do you believe caused that look?

Yes! Like the others said keep your cardio away from training and keep your intensity low. If you improve your cardiovascular system it can help you grow

Take a few days off the gym first.

Rest day today. Did my usual 30min of cardio in the morning and got my first covid vaccine afterwards. Had a nap in the afternoon and hopefully i’ll be ready for legs tomorrow

Yeah sounds solid to me. You will get slow and steady gains if you eat and train progressive.

Getting my covid vaccination tomorrow. I’m a little bit afraid but hopefully this will lead to a normal life again

Pre it depends if you would like to have a stim component in it ir not. I don’t always like stims in my pre workout because you get used to it very easily and need higher doseges for the same result. That’s why i love jpre pump. If i want insane focus too i combine the pump with dial in

Rest day today. Just did a quick walk with my dog in the morning. Had i nice chat with Stefan about future plans and goals. Looking forward to my push session with kevin tomorrow.

Original. Was pretty afraid the first time because it’s very very thick but the feeling is great. No inflammation at all.

Full body every other day works great for beginners in my opinion.
