    Rest sunday today. Feeling really tired because i was up almost the whole night to watch the Tyson vs Jones Jr fight but it was totally worth it. Need to go to bed a little earlier today

    I would do all chest supported rows and pulldowns for back and leg exercises without lower back loading. Very simple. Just stick to the exercises that didn’t cause any irritations.

    Did arms today. Felt really good. Normally I don’t have a separate arm day but really liked the last 2 sessions.

    Dumbell curls
    High cable curls
    Hammer curls
    Triceps pushdowns
    Dumbell overhead extensions
    Kickbacks
    Forearms

    Take your time and come back stronger. Now us the right tine to rest and make sure yiu don’t get burned out halfway through your prep

    Brilliant leg session today. Was all on my own but felt great. Almost no knee pain today.

    Calve raises on the leg press 1 set rest pause
    Adductor 2 sets
    Seated leg curls 3 sets
    Leg extensions 3 sets
    Smith machine squats super slow eccentric 2 sets
    Single leg legpress 2 sets
    Standing leg curls 1 set

    For me it’s just to taxing on my nervous system. I would stick to a deadlift variation in just one rotation

    Rest day today! Did my stretching and black roll routine in the morning. Knee is feeling a lot better. Hopefully I can go all out on legs tomorrow.

    Push with kevin today. Pressing strength is coming back slowly.

    Decline benchpress 2 sets
    Smith machine military press 2 sets
    Dip machine 3 sets
    Dumbell overhead extensions 3 sets
    One arm cable extensions 2 sets
    Side laterals 2 sets
    Peck deck 1 set

    Yes. I was always struggling with low hdl and cardio improves this a lot.

    Depends a lot in your individual mechanics which one works better for you. I personally would prefer the squat press because it’s less taxing on the knee

    Rest day today. My back felt so sore today. Really looking forward to my training tomorrow. Actually it’s my only highlight of the day

    If you are doing two sets I would cover different rep ranges to make sure you stimulate both slow twitch and fast twitch fibres.

    Rear delt machine 1 set
    Kettle bell incline bench curls 3 sets
    Dumbell hammer curls 2 sets
