Rest sunday today. Feeling really tired because i was up almost the whole night to watch the Tyson vs Jones Jr fight but it was totally worth it. Need to go to bed a little earlier today

Did arms today. Felt really good. Normally I don’t have a separate arm day but really liked the last 2 sessions.
Dumbell curls
High cable curls
Hammer curls
Triceps pushdowns
Dumbell overhead extensions
Kickbacks
Forearms -
Take your time and come back stronger. Now us the right tine to rest and make sure yiu don’t get burned out halfway through your prep

I would take a few days off completely and than go full steam till comp.

Makes you feel terrible but it works. Used it for the final days of my prep.

Brilliant leg session today. Was all on my own but felt great. Almost no knee pain today.
Calve raises on the leg press 1 set rest pause
Adductor 2 sets
Seated leg curls 3 sets
Leg extensions 3 sets
Smith machine squats super slow eccentric 2 sets
Single leg legpress 2 sets
Standing leg curls 1 set -
For me it’s just to taxing on my nervous system. I would stick to a deadlift variation in just one rotation

Rest day today! Did my stretching and black roll routine in the morning. Knee is feeling a lot better. Hopefully I can go all out on legs tomorrow.

If you are doing two sets I would cover different rep ranges to make sure you stimulate both slow twitch and fast twitch fibres.
