How’s your diet and cycle at the moment.

Hy! My current diet is 3.500 calories on training days and 2.900 calories on rest days at the moment. Which is pretty much for me at the moment.
Drugs is 250mg test eand 100mg npp every 3 days since a week. Before it was just 200mg test e a week cruise dose.

I think for building musle free weights are best. Just check that you match yiur recovery abilities. As lomg as you are getting stronger everything is fine.

Rest day today. Yesterday we introduced 100npp every 3rd day. This is the first time ever i’m using this compound. Really excited.

Yes! See it the same as the others. Everything is fine. Look after your digestion. D bol blocks my ability to eat even without antibiotics which is always bad

It all depends! Are you making progress? When the answer is yes – everything is fine.
If the answer is no – you need to change something -

The most important question is: are you making progress? If yes everything is fine
If not i would look after my execution first. Are you really feeling and hitting the target muscle. More volume won’t solve those problems and most of the time it’s not perfect execution why a muscle won’t grow
