    My powerlifting prep has been full of ups and downs all the time. 3 days ago I squatted a huge pb of 255kg but the low bar squats beat up my elbows so heavily that it’s almost impossible to bench my best. I hope the final rest week will help everything heal a bit and I can attack all lifts the way I want to in 11 days. Tomorrow will be my last deadlift session were I plan to pull a weight between my first and second attempt.

    I love powerlifting training form the bottom of my heart but I will be glad when this prep is over because my body feels like falling apart!

    I’m very proud to be part of this team. Can’t wait for your questions.

    I’m going to compete at the Austrian powerlifting championships on 6th April. And afterwards i’m going to take you with me on my journey to my first Mr. Universe competition. I hope you are going to enjoy my log.
