My powerlifting prep has been full of ups and downs all the time. 3 days ago I squatted a huge pb of 255kg but the low bar squats beat up my elbows so heavily that it’s almost impossible to bench my best. I hope the final rest week will help everything heal a bit and I can attack all lifts the way I want to in 11 days. Tomorrow will be my last deadlift session were I plan to pull a weight between my first and second attempt.
I love powerlifting training form the bottom of my heart but I will be glad when this prep is over because my body feels like falling apart!
