I would say you can do this from time to time as a shock but this for sure isn’t going to stimulate maximum muscle growth over a sustained period of time. Stay in the classic 5 to 30 rep range. Get stronger and you are going to cover everything you need

Really great pull session today. Pump has gotten a lot better with the increased food.
Underhand grip lat pulldown 2 sets

Hammer strength low row 3 sets

Rest day today. Enjoying the last days of my outdoor gym before total lockdown. Life really sucks at the moment

Did a pretty solid upper body session with kevin yesterday.
Life fitness chest press 3 sets
Shoulder press 2 sets
Close grip lat pulldown 2 sets
Side lateral machine 3 sets
Cable rope extension 2 sets
Hammer strength biceps machine 3 sets -
Legs with kevin today. Knee felt ok. Did a little more volume for quads and taking care of my knee.
Seated calve raises 1 set triple drop
Calve raises on the leg press 1 set rest pause
Adductor machine 2 sets
Seated leg curls 2 sets
Single leg extensions 3 sets
Close stand legpress 3 sets
Single leg seated legpress 3 sets
Standing leg curls 2 sets -
I would rest on a rest day! When you are very tired and yiu can’t focus on 2-4 sets of bi’s and tri’s at the end of your session maybe you need to cut back a little on the volume you are doing before or maybe you need a deload.
Also putting biceps e.g. on the beginning of your leg session can be an option

From my opinion there is absolutely no place in an offseason cycle for tren.
If you have any joint pain you should try to find out the reason and cure what actually caused the problem. Any “masking” drug is going to make the problem even worse on the long term

Rest day today. Legs tomorrow with kevin. My knee hurts really badly. So i will go full gas on hams and adductors and hopefully train around my knee pain with my quad work

I have my intra and go home after my session, have a shower and enjoy cereals afterwards. Eating too many meals and calories to close together upsets my stomach.

I just take it 10min or so before I start my high carb meals
