Rest day today. Just 30min of cardio abd a walk today. Rest is mostly recovery time. Really looking forward to my pull session tomorrow.

It can be an execution problem also. So not only the exercises you are doing matter it’s sometime the wrong execution. Maybe you have a good pt that can show you how to target that area! Normally you build it best with various incline angles and pullovers!

Rest day today! Just did my regular 30min morning cardio on the stationary bike! Rest of the day was a lot of work. Set up my new Mac for working more from home! Really looking forward to training legs tomorrow!

After a contest I start a recovery phase where I want my blood levels back to normal and everything healthy, fresh and healed. Than i would start my offseason where the goal is to gain as much muscle as possible and then i would go straight into prep where the goal is to maintain as much muscle as possible.
But depending on your goals and life circumstances this can be very individual.

No i have a fixed plan but sometimes i break out of that plan and go by feel when i have the disre to like with the hamstring Adductor session yesterday.

I would avoid every exercise complete that causes irritation and like clare saud use a double dosage of cure coming and join in.

Did some calves, hamstrings and adductors today. Really focusing on execution which felt amazing.
