    Rest day today. 30min of stationary bike in the morning and a walk with my dog. Really looking forward to my pull session with kevin tomorrow.

    For me there is no difference at all. Most of the time woman have a higher pain tolerance and can train more intense but same exercises and progressive training depending on your goals. I love training with woman when they have a great mindset.

    Start with a full body training and focus on compound exercises abd learning proper technique first and focus on getting stronger when technique is perfect

    Great arm session today. Arms have improved a lot over the last 3 month.

    Barbell curls with the biceps blaster
    Incline bench dumbell curls
    High cable curls
    Rope pushdowns
    Cable overhead extensions
    Barbell overhead extensions
    Underhand grip cable extensions
    Hammer curls

    Whenever I need to!

    When my progress in training is stalling. When my appetite is down. When my quality of sleep drops and I feel overall very tired and have no ambitions to go to the gym!

    Calve raises on the leg press 1 set rest pause
    Adductor 2 sets
    Lying leg curls 2 sets

    Single leg legpress 1 sets

    Yes! Like already said there are different resistance bands for extra tension.

    If you are a little creative you can easily build a bench too.

    Rest day today. Did my 30min morning cardio and a long stretching and mobilty routine to get my body loose for an epic leg session tomorrow. 5pps smith squat is on the menu.

    Depends on your volume and strength levels. The stronger you become, the longer your sessions will last because it will take you longer to warm up.

    Most of the time it’s 1 1/2 to 2h in my case

    Rest! If you can eat try to eat your regular diet but don’t force food. Your body will tell you when you can push again
