Most of the time woman have a higher pain tolerance and can train more intense but same exercises and progressive training depending on your goals. I love training with woman when they have a great mindset.
Start with a full body training and focus on compound exercises abd learning proper technique first and focus on getting stronger when technique is perfect

Yes! Like already said there are different resistance bands for extra tension.

Rest day today. Did my 30min morning cardio and a long stretching and mobilty routine to get my body loose for an epic leg session tomorrow. 5pps smith squat is on the menu.

Most of the time it’s 1 1/2 to 2h in my case
