You already said it, smith and legpress with different stands a great alternatives. I personally like sissy squats too for quads but is not really a movement which you can load up heavily.
I would say whatever you feel great in your quads mate.

Louis nailed it. Depends on how you use these tools. This type of hammer strength kit is mostly used for upper back, traps, rhomboids, etc. But the grip can also be used for upper back. It all depends how you pull. The parallel grip variaten when used correctly makes it easier to target the lats.

Great pull session today! Switched the deadstop barbell row for ez bar underhand grip rows leaning agains a wall for more strict execution.

I tried it for the first time yesterday and have to admit it’s absolutely amazing compared to synthol. Great muscle feeling and almost no pain. But i have no long term information because i just started experimenting with it.

Rest day today. Really looking forward to my pull session tomorrow. Just did 30min of stationary bike fasted in the morning. Rest of the day is just free time and recovery time.

If you are not in a surplus or deficit you will always stay the same which is ok but if you want progress i would eat for your goals

When i feel my body needs rest i do a deload.

Had a really awesome leg session today. I can really load my compounds again without knee pain which makes me so happy!

Rest day today. Did 30min of cardio in the morning and hopefully I can get a session of mobility and stretching in in the evening to be ready for legs tomorrow.

Feel the same as Louis! The most important thing is recovery! Most people don’t need a seperate arm day because the need to get bigger overall!

Superb push session today! Best in a very long time! Shoulder is almost pain free and left pec is firing again. Back to my favorite exercise the incline barbell benchpress!
