You already said it, smith and legpress with different stands a great alternatives. I personally like sissy squats too for quads but is not really a movement which you can load up heavily.

I would say whatever you feel great in your quads mate.

Louis nailed it. Depends on how you use these tools. This type of hammer strength kit is mostly used for upper back, traps, rhomboids, etc. But the grip can also be used for upper back. It all depends how you pull. The parallel grip variaten when used correctly makes it easier to target the lats.

I tried it for the first time yesterday and have to admit it’s absolutely amazing compared to synthol. Great muscle feeling and almost no pain. But i have no long term information because i just started experimenting with it.

If you are not in a surplus or deficit you will always stay the same which is ok but if you want progress i would eat for your goals

Depends what my next goals are competition wise. I go a lot by listening to my body. When i’m getting stronger and everything feels great i keep pushing longer.

When i feel my body needs rest i do a deload.

Feel the same as Louis! The most important thing is recovery! Most people don’t need a seperate arm day because the need to get bigger overall!
