I would put it in when you need to to make the next step and most people don’t need it at all. I would put it in when you switch to short esthers.

    Hy Rene!

    Thank you!

First of all nothing has really changed in my diet so far because we changed nothing up to now because Arnold classics got postponed till june!

I’m currently eating 3.600 calories on training days and 2.900 calories on rest days. Which is pretty much for me to eat.

Yes! Bodybuilding is not really my main focus at the moment. I take it more easily which makes things easier to be honest not to overthink to much.

I typically train 4 days a week. Sometimes when i feel really good i go for 5. When i feel tired i reduce to 3 weight sessions which is when you train really balls to the wall is enough.

Typical prep is 100mg test a every day, 100mg tren a and 100mg mast every other day and at the end 50mg of Winstrol every day!

I didn’t notice any short term benefits of npp but in the long term i think it helps on top.

I’m doing this for 14 years now. So i have no goals placing wise any more. My goal is to enjoy the process. Have a good time with my friends. Collect great memories and be better than my previous best. And make it to ohio. ?

Boah i have sooooo many great memories. I think the craziesr experience was smoking my first ever joint in my entire life combined with a double single mold whiskey the night before the universe last year and i could barely make it to my hotel room afterwards. ?

When your legs are sore there is no reason why you can’t train upper body unless you feel overall exhausted. When you feel overall not recovered from your nervous system i would take an extra day of rest

If ab exercise doesn’t fit for you or hurt you just skip it and switch to another one

Thanks for the help. Means a lot coming from you, big fan of yours [/quote]
Thanks mate. Never ‘merry’ yourself to certain exercises. Maybe dips feel good again after a break. But when you don’t feel safe or feel pain switch to other variations mate

I think most bodybuilders don’t train their neck directly. It’s trained more by wrestlers, boxers, race drives etc.

From my opinion there is no place for tren unless you are a very advanced bodybuilder and planning to compete.

Definitely not a good idea. Masteron is just for the final weeks of contest prep for very advanced bodybuilders. Shouldn’t be used all year around

Yiur training system is just for building and maintaining muscle you are creating a certain stimulus. If you want to lose body fat it’s a matter of caloric intake. So if you want to lose bodyfat make sure you are in a calpric deficit.
