    Did a very low volume shoulder and tri session today. Pressing strength is unbelievable at the moment but unfortunately my ellbow is giving me a little bit of problems the last few sessions.

    Rear delt machine 2 sets + triple drop
    Smith machine military press 1 heavy, 2 backoff sets
    Hammer strength dip machine 2 sets
    Cable overhead extens 2 sets
    Cable side laterals 3 sets
    Dumbell shrugs

    Yes of course! Training principles are the same no matter if natural or enhanced! Get stronger over multiple rep ranges and you are going to grow! Just make sure you are matching your ability to recover! That’s the most important thing!

    I would just focus on adding mass overall after just training for such a short amount of time! You can prioritise later on when you have accumulated more overall mass! For those bodyparts that are not responding as well maybe take a step back with your weigths and focus on execution that you really lift the weight with your target muscle and progress again with better technique

    Pull session today! First time rdl’s back in my rotation! Felt a little strange doing barbell rdl’s again after such a long time! Deadlifts are really a skill exercise too for me. Need to get back into the groove again!

    Hammer strength underhand grip pulldown 1 loading set, 2 backoff sets
    Barbell rdl’s 1 loading set, 1 backoff set
    Hammer strength low row 2 heavy sets, one backoff set
    MAG grip pulldown
    Seated cable rows for upper back
    Banded pull aparts
    Kettle bell incline bench curls
    Barbell curls

    Epic push session today with @bossofoutlaw and @zachpersson! Really enjoyed it a lot. Equaled my all time pb on the incline bench with 140×5! ????

    Push session today with @bossofoutlaw at malu sportsclub. I’m already very excited. Started the day like always with 30min of cardio and a little walk to get myself going.

    Think ppl will be a good option because you can focus better on different areas you want to improve.

    I think upper lower is a great option when your legs are legging behind. But i found it very hard to recover from when i did a lot of compound movements.

    I think it depends on how active your lifestyle is. If you are not very physically active i would up my caloric output trough cardio first.

    If you are already very active – reduce your calories
