There is no difference as long as your heart rate stays the same. I switch between both too.

Well earned rest day today. Just dud 40 min of cardio in the morning. Uped my carb intake to 420g this week. Condition and bodyfat levels are still very good. And strength is almost back to an all time high.

Every child is different with sleep. We didn’t sleep well for the firsr 2 years. But those feelings of having a kid gives you energy and positive vibes you will not believe.

It also depends on your heart rate. The higher the heart rate, the more intense the running gets and it will interfere with your recovery.
I would rather switch to nordic walking, fast walking, swimming, cycling for overall health.

Great pull session today. Did barbell rows 140×9 which equals my all time pb when i weighed almost 90kg which means i should be a lot stronger now in relation to my bodyweight.

I have the rehband sleeves and the are made out of neoprene and I really like them!

Got up very early today and got in a leg session before I opend the gym and it’s always amazing to have the gym on my own in the mornings! Volumen was very low for me but strength is still climbing and climbing with perfect form which feels amazing!

You don’t need to do so many exercise! Just find 2-3 exercises you feel good and you are getting a good mind muscle connection and do them on a regular basis 2-3 times a week!

Very happy with my performance and my look so far almost 6 weeks post contest. And I’m very very very happy with my strength levels! Took my dog for a little walk in the morning and did 20min on the stationary bike just to get myself going. I really enjoy cardio now in my recovery phase whenever I have time to! Think I’m going to take a break from training till monday!

Are you in a caloric surplus or deficit now? How big is the surplus or deficit? Are you still making progress in your training?

Shoulders and triceps today! Jordan inspired me with his push session video so I did a free barbell military press for the first time since my prep again! Very happy with my performance today! Got 115kg x 6 and 100kg x 10 which isn’t that bad for my bodyweight!

Had the chance to get a deep tissue maasage yesterday. So i skipped my pull session for the massage instead. 2 days of rest served me really well.
