It always depends on your needs. Sounds solid to my. Give it a try and see how you run with this split. When your recovery is on point and you can progress your lifts everything is fine

Give it a, go for a few weeks. Maybe you need to find your groove with this exercise. If it still doesn’t feel right after a few weeks skip it

I’m with Oscar. Make small adjustments to make it a different stimulation. Use different foot placements, band, rep range, rep speed, etc

Had a very cool push session with @bossofoutlaw yesterday. Brought back a lot of old memories. And he is very happy with my condition and look so far.
Stepped on the scale this morning and had 79,9kg which means i’m about 5kg up from the William Bonac Classic.

Knee problems can be cured often with a lot of stretching. Try to stretch your quads, hams and addurtors. Warm up properly before you perform heavy compounds and if you have the possibility try to use band tension to make the loading curve match the strength curve and it takes a lot of stress from your knees!

Training together after so many years was the best christmas present I could imagine today! Brought back so many great old memories today! And Stefans muscle memory is amazing! I hope we can continue this in the future from time to time!

okay thank you guys il add a squat variation in, would you both say to front squat?
It depends. I think front squats are a great exercise if you can really push it to muscular failure. I can’t do it because when the weight is getting heavier i’m struggeling with blackouts.

It all depends on your goals mate. I personally don’t think it’s worth pushing your body that hard just for a holiday but if it’s important for you push for the rest of the time left
