It always depends on your needs. Sounds solid to my. Give it a try and see how you run with this split. When your recovery is on point and you can progress your lifts everything is fine

Very good pull session yesterday. Could get 5 reps with 150kg on the barbell row again. Still my favorite overall mass builder for back.

    Close grip lat pulldown
    Barbell row
    Wide grip lat pulldown
    Cable pullovers
    Seated cable row
    Scott curls
    Rope hammer curls

It’s ok when it feels a little strange when you perform it for the first time. Give it a, go for a few weeks. Maybe you need to find your groove with this exercise. If it still doesn’t feel right after a few weeks skip it

I’m with Oscar. Make small adjustments to make it a different stimulation. Use different foot placements, band, rep range, rep speed, etc

Had a very cool push session with @bossofoutlaw yesterday. Brought back a lot of old memories. And he is very happy with my condition and look so far.

Stepped on the scale this morning and had 79,9kg which means i’m about 5kg up from the William Bonac Classic.

Knee problems can be cured often with a lot of stretching. Try to stretch your quads, hams and addurtors. Warm up properly before you perform heavy compounds and if you have the possibility try to use band tension to make the loading curve match the strength curve and it takes a lot of stress from your knees!

okay thank you guys il add a squat variation in, would you both say to front squat?

It depends. I think front squats are a great exercise if you can really push it to muscular failure. I can’t do it because when the weight is getting heavier i’m struggeling with blackouts.

Totally agree with claire! I would stick to around 12 to 16 sets per workout! There are lot’s of videos on the site on how to programme a pull, push session etc.

It all depends on your goals mate. I personally don’t think it’s worth pushing your body that hard just for a holiday but if it’s important for you push for the rest of the time left

My leg session yesterday was really good. Taking a step back with the weights and making sure my execution is perfect was a very smart decision. Feelimg them a lot better and they are sore as hell today.

    Standing calve raises
    Lying leg curls
    Leg press wide stance
    Revere banded hacksquat
    Adductor machine
    Standing leg curl
