Rest day today. My legs are totally smashed after yesterday’s session. But feels amazing again not being able to walk properly ????
I think i’m going to take a couple of days off now or i’m going to do a deload training week because the last few weeks really beat the hell out of me

Good Morning all! Like always on my way to my office. Last week an absolute brilliant athlete signed up team outlaw. I‘m not allowed to put out his name, but i saw him in amsterdam on stage and just thought wow, thats potential to get in a 212 O final in the next view years.
2 days later he dropped a message (he got the number from @michael_thebox ) i‘m really really happy and i‘m sure that will be awesome!

I would rotate both maybe with different stands

First “real” leg session in a very long time because between shows i was already very weak. Really enjoyed pushing my legs again

It depends. I really like training fasted with a good intra workout. Wheb yiu want to eat before you should get up at least 1 1/2h early to make sure the meal doesn’t sit in your stomach and is digest well

Did an early morning shoulder and triceps session when the gym was still closed. I love the focus when i’m training in my empty gym.

Like kevin said it depends a lot on yiur ability to recover and volume of those session. As long as you can progress your lifts everything is fine

First of all i would see a sports medicine or physical therapist to make sure what causes the pain. I would avoid all exercises that cause pain

Training with ifbb pro Roman Fritz this evening. I’m very excited. He has a completely different philosophy and training style. I’m sure i’m going to be sore as hell ????

It’s just propaganda. In my eyes the human being is omnivore which means we are built to eat everything since the stoneage. Why should this be wrong now? I would just have a look on the quality of meat you are consuming. How the animal lived and how it was slaughtered

Condition is getting really good again after the water rebound. Trying to get a few good pics this weekend. Today I’m going to train with stefan’s classic physique athlete ralph Strassmair.
And the rest of the weekend ifbb pro Roman Fritz is going to visit me in my gym for a seminar and a few sessions together.

I competed in both bbing and powerlifting back and forth and i loved it. Powerlifting gave me a lot of density and muscke maturity. It also helped me stay motivated when i tried something new

Rest day today and omg i really needed this one. Feeling very tired. But rebound is almost gone just did 40min of easy cardio this morning. Really happy with how i look atm
