    Have you ever tried rdl’s with extra band tension from behind like ben pakulski does it. Amazing for glute activation

    Had a very good pull session today. Normally i don’t like those post comp workouts because the pump is limiting my performance a lot but today i did a lot of machine work and it felt very good.

    Underhand grip lat pulldown
    Hammer strength iso lateral row
    Hammer strenght low row for upper back
    Seated cable row
    Cable pullovers
    Rear delt machine
    Smith machine shrugs
    Hammer strength biceps machine
    Trx curls

    If your weight is falling to fast i would drop cardio out on work days because you have a very physical demanding job.

    Try to stick to your offseason routine. When you are able to lift nearly the same weights like in the offseason you are not going to loose any muscle tissue.

    Getting ripped is a matter of diet or better said a caloric deficit

    Thank you very much. I’m already back home and deloading again today to get rid of thar water rebound. Will drop the carbs below 100g this week and than start a reverse diet.

    Just wanted to say thank you here too. Stefan is not only my coach he is my best friend too. We did 5 shows in 6 weeks and i never did that before. I was very sceptical if this would be possible but stefan dialed me in every single show. Not only that, i was getting better and better. He did an absolute amazing job and wthout him this hadn’t been possible. He has a pair of eyes that nobody has and always knows what to change, what to do and when it has to be done to bring your individual best.

    I would avoid all exercises which cause pain because it will just make the recovery process longer. If nothing is possible without pain maybe just do some low intensity cardio to maintain a decent physique. Keep your nutrition clean and optimize your recovery

    Still can’t believe what has happened yesterday. Won my class up to 80kg at the William Bonac Classic in Amsterdam. Amd i didn’t look that bad in the overall too. This was my 5th show in 6 weeks and I’m glad amd happy this season is over now. This was a perfect ending.

    You are never to old the be the best version of yourself.

    I started lifting 13 years old but i have guys in my gym who started in their 40s and they look amazing

    Everything fine so far. Now waiting for the athletes check in here in Amsterdam. Condition is looking fine so far. I’m just mentally exhausted after this long season

    Most stair masters have very small steps and you have to step on the ball of your foot when you have larger feet. This can be a little discomfortable. Try to step with your whole foot on the stairs if possible. If not do more ankle mobility and calve stretching and make sure you are well hydrated!

    Today is the day! We are heading to Amsterdam in the evening! I decided to do one last pull session today!Feeling pretty good. Condition is getting better every day. Hopefully i can bring such a package like at the Universe or the European again!
