I always use a belt for heavy compounds. I can create more intra abdominal presse, feel saver and can use a lot more weight. I would say it’s very person dependent. If a belt works for you, wear one

Last real training session today before we are flying to Amsterdam tomorrow. Hit shoulder and tri’s. Still able to do dumbell shoulder press the 48s for 8 which made me really happy.
Rear delt machine
Dumbell shoulder press
Dumbell side laterals
Cable upright rows
Dumbell shrugs
Rope triceps extensions
Cable overhead extensions -
When performing heavy compound exercises I would take a little longer rest periods. I prefer 3-4min and with isolation movements I prefer shorter rest periods like 1-2min!

Felt a lot better today. Still suffering from the rebound but was already a lot better today! Did a pull session. Nothing crazy but a very good session with an amazing pump!

Today i’m really suffering from a very massive water rebound. Did 40min of cardio this morning and a push session followed by another 20min of cardio later. 5 days to go. Let’s finish this season strong ????????

Had a 13h travel home yesterday. Went off the bus and straight into a 2h leg session followed by 35min of cardio ????

European championships is over. Got 3rd place in the men3 category. Think i should have placed 2nd but got overlooked in the first call out. Unfortunately those things happen in bbing but what makes me really happy was the condition i brought. I was ripped to the bone and full at the same time. I think this was the best conditioned of my life.

Show day today in italy. So far my condition is spot on. I’m very happy with the package right now and can’t wait to hit the stage in a few hours.
There were only 2 competitors registered in my class so we asked to put us into the next higher category to face a bigger competition

Sitting i the bus to the nabba european championships in italy. 16h of traveling in the bus is horrible. Didn’t get much sleep. Hopefully tonight is going to be better
