Depends on many factors. How hard you can push yourself in those sets and it’s pretty individual from how much you can recover from. As long as you are progressing your lifts everything is fine. I would target about 10-14 sets per session to start from there and see how you perform!

Last pump session today and we will start carb loading for the european championships afterwards. Again 900g of carbs mostly out of oatmeal, rice and rice flakes! Can’t wait to get those carbs in!

I normally do a single with about 90% of my max for 5-6 reps.

Very good shoulder and tri session for me today. Still had an amazing pump. Time to fill this totured body up with carbs tomorrow.

Do you drop out GH / Test if you feel that you can pull more water off an athlete before the show? Would you use Test Suspension to replace with say Test Prop to keep maximum fullness?
In ny case yes we always dropped it and replaced prop with proviron to keep fullness

His knowledge about training, nutrition and bodybuilding overall unsurpassed! Please read his log. I learned so much from him not only about the sport of bodybuilding but mindset in general and he made me a better person. Can’t thank him enough. He had a huge impact on the Austrian bbing scene and he raised the competitive standard so high the last few years.
Can’t wait to travel to Amsterdam together to the William Bonac Classic in 2 weeks.

Are you still progressing your lifts and getting stronger! As long as you are making progress everything is fine! When your strength is stalling or going back I would take a break from the gym!

Rest day today! 6 days out from NABBA European Championships and 13 days out from the William Bonac Classic! Now it gets mentally pretty challanging. But it’s not that long to go any more! No carbs for me today which really sucks!

Do it whenever it fits in your shedule. It’s not for burning body fat but for cardiovascular health.
Just try to stay below around 130bpm that you can talk during your cardio
