Underhand grip lat pulldown, and every rowing movement where you pull your ellbow to your hips! And always depress your shoulder blades!

Had a really great shoulder and triceps session today! Felt very strong! Did military press on the smith machine and got 120kg for 5 reps which was amazing!

Sounds like maybe it’s time for a week of deload! When I’m training very intense in the offseason I need a deload about every 6 weeks!

Fluid is normally like this: 2 days out I’m drinking 4 liters when I start carbing up, 1 day out I’m drinking 2 liters and the day of the show about 1 liter!

I think those guys have much superior genetics. They would grow no matter how they train. I think for people with “normal” genetics progressive overload is the best method

Rest day today. Slowly but surely i’m getting rid of the water retention from the rebound. Feeling tired but pretty good. 10 days left till european championships.

Push session today. Introduced 10mg of halo pre workout and omg it kicked in. Pressed the 55kg dumbells 5x incline.

First of all make sure you are well hydrated. And try to get a good amino product in before your session. Mps max is amazing. Also a good intra workout drink will help you a lot
