Rest day today. Decided to take thw whole weekend off to give my body a little mini break. Joints feeling good again

Awesome leg session today. Went a little bit down in my weights and focused on execution whicht felt amazing.
Seated calve raises 1 set triple drop
Calve raises on the leg press 1 set
Adductor 2 sets
Seated leg curls 2 sets
Single leg extensions 3 sets
Reverse banded hacksquat 2 sets
Leg press 2 sets
Single leg curls 2 sets
Glute ham raises 1 set -
No additional benefits from my opinion except you have a better quality source for cipionate.

Is your training on point? Is your nutrition perfect? Is your rest ideal?
If all the answers are yes you can start your first cycle!
If you are still making progress i wouldn’t start a cycle because you haven’t maxed out your natural potential.

Did my typical thirsday cardio and mobilty, blackroll and stretching work in the morning which always feels great when i’m done. Had a good nap afterwards and decided to go to the gym to get my mind free from the Coronavirus situation.

You are still a beginner when it comes to lifting. Never change a running system. Why doing more if it works what you are doing now. It’s about the quality of your sets and reps, not quantity.

Hy mate. Most of the time when certain body party won’t grow in the same rate as others it’s a matter of exercise execution ans mind muscle connection.
Maybe book a few sessions with a good pt.
