I would pump up those muscle groups that are lagging the most on your physique. I always use bands and pose. Maybe a little bit of salt and gatorade will help too

Finished 2nd at the universe yesterday. I can’t describe my feelings. I’m so happy. Top 3 universe was a lifetime goal of mine and the win was within reach. Now back to diet mode today. Nabba european championships is in 2 weeks.

When you have intra workout carbs it’s absolutely fine. If not i would add some fast acting carbs to your post workout meal

I thing the main reason why a muscle group is not responding is due to lack of mind muscle connection. Maybe try to find a good pt who is analyzing your movement patterns

I’m with lara. Add some additional core work and maybe stay i little lighter in weight and perform more reps with perfect form before going up in weight and sacrifice form

Congratulations on your great physical condition.
Could you explain a little how was your process of loading carbohydrate loading in terms of grams carbs, water and sodium handling and if I use diuretics.

Yes of course. We were loading 2 days with almost 1.000g of carbs each consistent of oats, rice and riceflakes spread of 8 meals trough out the day. Sodium was friday 3g, saturday 2g and sunday was show day. For the pro qualifier in budapest i took 1/2 a diazide the evening before the show andca quarter in the morning of the show day

As long as you are making progress I see nothing wrong in this split mate! Maybe I would switch to p/p/l for higher frequency with maybe a little iso work of hams on your pull and quad at the end of your push session if you want some extra leg work!

Push session today! Felt pretty good 4 days out! Still focusing on lots of compound movements! Still an amazing pump from the carb up from last competition!

When I have a day where strength just isn’t there no matter of how hard I try, I focus on mind muscle connection stay higher in reps, catch a good pump and try to implenent stuff I normally don’t to just for excitment like muscle rounds, supersets or very high rep sets e.g!
