Omg I feel really tired today! I was fighting sooo damn hard to win my class yesterday but it was all worth it! Beat one 3rd place finisher at the Universe and one former NABBA world champion! I think this was one of the best line ups I’ve ever competed in! Straight back to diet mode today! 6 days till the Universe!

Won the men4 class at the Austrian Championships. And it was definitely the best men4 class i’ve ever competed in. I’m very happy. Now 6 days till the nabba universe.

Depends on if you are progressing but it seems like a very demanding job to me! So I would keep cardio as low as possible.

Last push session today! Nothing crazy! Just catching a good pump. Tomorrow I will be doing a little upper body work in the morning and then we are starting to carb up! Decided to start to carb up tomorrow because volume is still very good and condition is on point.
Hammer strength incline press
Dumbell shoulder press
Triceps cable extensions
Side lateral machine
Upright rows
Peck deck -
I would do it for cardiovascular fitness and overall health. It also keeps your appetite high

Rest day today. Feeling pretty miserable but i like it that way because it means condition is on point. Dropped the carvs again this weak to bring a crazy condition to the stage.
